Old Website Analysis
The main problem was that an integrated e-shop function allowed clients to order website creation, but there were many misunderstandings between clients and the project manager. By analyzing website data and clicks, it was evident that the cart was often abandoned. Discussions with project managers and salespeople revealed that clients were frequently unsure of what services they needed, often spending too much and ending up unhappy.
To solve this problem, a questionnaire or call was conducted with real clients who had already used Wacademy services. The main goal was to determine whether it was better for clients to buy everything directly from the website or to request a detailed email or phone call with an offer.
